VSP Plus Service Plan
This is pre-paid service contract at a set rate. We contact you in the fall to service your furnace and in the spring to service your air conditioner. We ensure your furnace and air conditioner are offering you trouble-free operation and maintain your warranty. With this plan we also offer a 15% discount on repairs not covered by warranty.

Extended Warranty
This program will insure your protection against rising parts & labour costs for the duration of up to Ten Years. Extended Warranty can be applied to HVAC equipment from new to two years old. Customers are responsible for yearly service and maintenance by a Qualified Service Person."

Tips Ensure your filter is clean? Filters should be checked every couple of months and changed at least twice per year. More often if you have a lot of pets or if your air seems very dusty. For the best filtering buy a good quality disposable or install an electrostatic filter. Ensure the breaker is in the on position. Ensure the power switch is on (located in the stair well or joist above the furnace). Check that the thermostat is set for the heating/cooling stage. Don't wait until your house is hot to turn on the air conditioner; it will take more time and power as it tries to catch up. Pull your blinds down to keep the radiant heat out.

Furnaces should be serviced annually and twice per year if you have air conditioning. Burning candles in your home can cause candle sooting. Less expensive candles with fragrances are more likely to product soot. Have your furnace's make, model and serial number available when you call for service.
